"CONVENIENT"
Another workshop, so another hotel. This time I had the opportunity to be at The Vivatel Kuala Lumpur. This hotel is actually connected to The Viva Home Expo Mall. This hotel is very convenient since it has a walking bridge connected to Miharja. Why convenient? Because in Miharja there is an LRT (Light Rapid Transit) station. We can practically reach anywhere in Kuala Lumpur via this LRT station. Just 10 minutes walking distance, inclusive the walk within teh building itself. This hotel is a four star hotel and slightly expensive compared to RHR Hotel@Uniten. This hotel is actually situated within UNITEN in Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia. The pick up/drop area is ok i guess, comfortable. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. The cover picture is from their website as per below link:
The entrance to the lobby.

The lobby.

Tthere is a "Surau" located at level 3A of the hotel. The "Surau" is very comfortable, very spacious and very clean. Clean praying mats, clean "Telekungs", even Qurans are provided. I liked it very much. Very convenient because our designated workshop area is on the same floor. There is even a direct access from level 3A straight to the mall via connecting escalators. Yes, it is accessible by anyone but obviously if you are not a guest of the hotel, it is impossible for you to access the floors that the guests are staying. You will need an access card provided by the hotel. I tried and it was difficult to access the hotel directly from the connected stairs. It can't be opened from the stairs but can be opened from inside the hotel. Yes, definitely safe security.
Anyway there is a hypermarket which is Giant directly located below the hotel on the Lower Ground floor, there is a clinic, shops to shop for, restaurants and etc. Pretty much anything you can find in a mall.

The room is nice, inviting, clean and modern , "kiblat" direction provided for muslims to perform their prayers. Adequate closet and place for extra luggages, flat-screen tv, mini fridge, complimentary bottled water, electrical kettle provided, mirrors everywhere, mirrors on the door , mirrors on the sliding door of the bathroom facing the bed, mirrors mirrors mirrors! (18SX, i believed for that purpose), You can practically watch someone takes a shower while you are lying on the bed.

Blurry mirror

Small but nice bathroom with sliding mirrors for walls

Adequate amenities like shampoo, soap and bath foam, toothbrush, tissues, clean toilet, definitely clean towels, shower's height is adjustable.

Now for the food, we had our food at the hotel's restaurant called "Retro Cafe". The food was fine. Malaysian dish but I love the desserts especially the mini cakes, very very tasty.:D
