FOOD 8: CAFE LAVINDA

"COSY AND NICE CAFE"

Sometimes me and hubby would love to have our breakfast, lunch or dinner at a simple cosy cafe but nicely decorated. Just an average not too big cafe that is able to make us feel relaxed with wonderful food. And our special cosy cafe would be " CAFE LAVINDA". This cafe was actually introduced to us by a friend. How did that friend managed to intrigue us? "SWEDISH MEATBALLS" yes, our dearest friend mentioned the dish that normally had to be bought in IKEA, Damansara. It was a miracle for us in Seremban. Imagine how difficult for us to find a decent western dish let alone a swedish meatballs' dish! HALAL SWEDISH MEATBALLS!! Very rare in Seremban, Malaysia.

As soon as we found out the main attraction (swedish meatballs) for this cafe, immediately we head out to the outlet and we were impressed with the exterior and interior decor. The cafe itself can be described as not a "FULL HOUSE" but has a very comforting and relaxing environment.

It was mentioned by our friend that this cafe is specialized in coffees, western and asian food, and finally Swedish meatballs. So, we had a go on the menu offered to us. I chose Swedish meatballs, obviously!! Hubby chose the salmon dish. The food was tasty and definitely not bland. This place even offered wonderful cakes if you would like to have some. Having a tea and a slice of cake at this cafe would be splendid during a fine evening. They have quite a variety of menus. If anyone visits Seremban and happens to be in Senawang, then this cafe must be visited.
