LAKSA KEDAH IN SEREMBAN

What is LAKSA? Laksa for me is a Malay's traditional dish. What is it? It is a noodle dish that consists of special fish soup/gravy, noodles made from rice flour and condiments such as pineapple, fresh chillies, boiled egg, sliced lime, lettuce/salad maybe, cucumber. Basically for the condiments anything that you would like to add. Some even added prawn paste for extra flavour.
How does it taste? Very difficult for me to explain, fishy but sour and nice? There are many varieties of laksa based on the region or location in Malaysia. It differs from the taste, noodles and condiments used. However the one similarity of all laksa is the soup/gravy, because it must be made using fish. For me i love laksa so much! But not just any laksa. I extremely love the "LAKSA PENANG/LAKSA UTARA/LAKSA KEDAH" that originates from the northen part of Malaysia. Why? Because my mother is from the northen part of Malaysia.
I am very particular in the taste of Laksa. I won't just simply eat it just because it is "LAKSA PENANG/LAKSA UTARA/LAKSA KEDAH". It must taste splendid and excellent. It must taste outstanding. Because my mother is the best cook for this dish. I will only eat laksa that taste similar to my mother's cooking. Since Seremban is located in Negeri Sembilan, it is not difficult to find laksa but it is difficult to find the best laksa. Well shockingly i found the best LAKSA KEDAH nearby my parents' house. The stall sells "Char Kway Teow" as well, and it tasted wonderful for me as well. Of course HALAL since a muslim Malay is the cook. It is located in Taman paroi Jaya, Seremban in front of the 7-Eleven shop.
Address: Jalan Cendrawasih 2, Taman Paroi Jaya, 70400, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia
